Lack of refreshments in rooms!!! Charge for sauna usage feels unwarranted!!! Late opening of the pool caused confusion!!! Service communication could improve significantly!!! Inconsistency in information about facility hours is frustrating!!!

We loved staff and rooms here. Placed within 40 minutes' car ride to Les Deux Alpes. We would recommend, to anyone staying in Chorges. It is near to the airport.

The views from my Double Room were genuinely fine. Waking up to the mountains every morning. The spa atmosphere felt cozy. Friendly receptionist offered helpful information when present, appreciated. The lack of refreshments and coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing. Dinner left much to be desired. The medium steak I ordered arrived overcooked and fatty. The casual dress code of the service staff felt unprofessional. Extra charges for the sauna were unexpected, and the pool opening at 10am instead of 9am caused confusion, as information about hours was inconsistent. While I enjoyed the beautiful views and spa service, the dining experience and service communication definitely need attention.

The views were super lovely and great shower too. I really liked the spa, staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was lovely when she was there. It was nice that we had a room with mountain view.
The breakfast was really overpriced and very basic for what you pay. It was a bit annoying that there was no ac in the room.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English, which was a bonus. Secondly, the hotel itself felt very modern and well-maintained, with great decor throughout. Lastly, the room I stayed in had a stunning mountain view, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
No issues to report, everything was fine.
